2013 will see Detroit, Perth and Tallinn as definite firsts, plus at least one other - either Kuala Lumpur or Guangzhou (Canton) as those are where we'll have to change to get to Perth within the alliance/codeshares.
Types
I confess to not keeping close track, this year. Notable firsts were the CRJ 900 and the Boeing 737-900. Oddly no A380 nor 747 this year, but the forthcoming Australia trip will inevitably include one of those two. I have no plans to either go to Russia nor to book a flight on a 787 for the purpose of going on a type I've not been on before.

I failed to go on the funicular in Zagreb because it was out of service all the time I was there.
